What I did

Mapped the data flow, connected application data to Power BI, and implemented a scheduled monthly active-tenancy export.

Stabilised the integration and extended unit-reservation and tenancy-conversion flows across interfaces, services and APIs.

Challenge

Collection behaviour varied across active, terminated, lease and licence scenarios, making defects hard to isolate.

What I did

Followed posting across system layers, corrected service logic, consolidated prorated calculations, and clarified principal, GST and balance presentation.

Made system and data behaviour easier to validate before release.

What I did

Translated operating policy into application logic, routing behaviour and supporting SQL changes for contract, licence, reporting and tenancy scenarios.
