I deliver hands-on changes to enterprise software.
I develop and support a property-management platform for commercial leasing, finance, reporting and operational workflows. My role is primarily hands-on implementation.
- I've delivered 10+ major application and data enhancements with C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Azure SQL and APIs.
- I've built web UI, service integrations and scheduled exports connecting tenancy and finance data with reporting workflows.
- I investigate defects across browser UI, application services, background processing and SQL, including finance and reconciliation issues.

Tenancy document workflows
I resolved document-retrieval and API-response issues across Outlook and e-filing flows, and contributed changes to unit reservation and tenancy conversion.

I corrected collection-posting logic across service and background-job paths, consolidated prorated rental and tax calculations, and clarified principal, GST and balances in financial history.

I implemented assigned-position visibility and postal-code responsibility rules across tenancy, contract, licence and reporting workflows, aligning access and routing with operating policy.

AI-assisted engineering
Grounding AI agents in a legacy .NET codebase
I configured GitHub Copilot instructions and agent-mode prompts for a legacy C#/.NET solution. Before implementation, I documented a seven-stage lease-conversion workflow in Markdown, then reviewed and verified the agent-assisted changes.

GitLab summaries and system models
I built a Python-backed Claude command that classifies exported GitLab activity as change requests or other work for weekly summaries. I also created interactive HTML/SVG models of a policy feature's API validation, SFTP exchange and automatic matching.

I work across code and context.
I'm Jordan, a Singapore Permanent Resident and University of Melbourne Computing graduate. I enjoy the work between understanding a business workflow and making its application behaviour reliable.
Technical Consultant roles also interest me when they involve hands-on implementation, integration and troubleshooting.
